Warmth

Landed in Fiji. 

I missed the warmth of an island... It was a welcomed change in weather. 

The resort is located in of Fiji many islands, surrounded by other resorts and villas. I searched how much one of the villas would cost.... Yikes. 

That first night, we saw native dances performed at the hotel.

One of the dancers was pregnant and still played with fire. Throughout the whole dance, I was wondering how the baby was doing inside that rollercoaster... 😂 

Wine tastings... plural!

Many wine tastings in one day makes for a very happy me.

Weather was not cooperating....

I said there were a lot of wine tastings!

Definitely needed someone to do this

What can I say. Visiting the movie set was an experience. The original set for Lord of the Rings was destroyed after filming, but when they decided to film The Hobbit trilogy, they rebuilt the set and the landowners decided to keep it as a tourist attraction. 

"En-zed"

That's how they pronounce "NZ" in the country. 

I was sick for for the first few hours but was better enough to enjoy the sulfur smells of Rotorua.

I did not signed up for snow.... (on the way to Milford Sounds).
